L’Aula Gastronòmica de l’Empordà aims to be a meeting place for the catering sector as well as others, for example bakers, pastry cooks, butchers, etc. And at the same time, to keep them informed about the latest novelties concerning products as well as machinery, new techniques, etc. Therefore, L’Aula periodically offers exhibition sessions which are mainly aimed at the establishments associated to the Unió d’Empresaris d’Hostaleria i Turisme of the Costa Brava Centre.
