L’Aula Gastronòmica de l’Empordà aims to promote and disseminate Empordà and Catalan cuisine all over, it therefore has various gastronomic packets that range from a cookery class plus the meal to taste the dishes prepared to a programme lasting more days that includes visits to markets, wine cellars, traditional cheese makers, etc. These packets are aimed at private individuals or groups, both from within the country, as well as from abroad.
